I got the 24 inch wig head, but it the way it's shaped is not realistic at all. My own head measures 23.5 inches in circumference but the head is wayyy too wide. It's needs to be shaped more narrow like an actual person's head. Otherwise in good condition and shipped fast.
What happened is what I thought, but the size seems to be a little big... I did order 21 inches.
