What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

I'm very happy with the hair it is exactly what I order. I'm very impressed with the length and the density. Sadly I will not be ordering from this seller again. When I placed my order I was under the impression that it's store to door delivery like my previous orders. I was very disappointed when I found out that I had to go collect my order from a post office like that wasn't enough when I got to the office I had to pay customs almost the amount I paid for the hair 😭
