What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

It is definitely 28 inches,the lace is very full,& it is not shedding I haven't washed it yet so hopefully it still doesn't shed after but I highly recommend this wig the seller was very precious & my wig came in within 4 days!
I love this wig!!! The hair is super full, true to length, had little to no smell and came pre-plucked which is definitely a +! The knots are small so you can even get away with not bleaching the knots. Overall, I give this wig a 10/10 and will definitely be purchasing from this company again!!
